Andrew Perraut specializes in regulatory policy and served in the White House's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs from 2008 to 2014. In that role, he supervised FDA and USDA policies relating to food and nutrition, tobacco, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, and agriculture. Prior to that he researched and wrote about regulations and transparency at the Mercatus Center, an economic-policy think tank associated with George Mason University. He also holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics.
Andrew is currently based in San Francisco but travels to Washington, DC and other locations frequently.

Nathan Frey leads the Regulatory Strategies and Solutions Group, based in Washington, DC. Nathan is an internationally recognized expert in U.S. domestic regulatory policy, international regulatory cooperation and regulatory reforms designed to improve market access and enhance global competitiveness.
With extensive experience in the White House Office of Management and Budget's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), Nathan possesses a unique depth of regulatory process expertise and specialized subject matter knowledge across a broad range of issues including: energy and environment, agriculture, natural resources, chemical safety and security, infrastructure, labor and international trade. During his tenure, he oversaw Executive Branch review of the regulatory actions and policies of the EPA and the Departments of Interior, Commerce, Agriculture, and Energy.
Nathan also served as the Administration's lead for the U.S. - Mexico High Level Regulatory Cooperation Council and as a regulatory policy expert to the Organization for Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) Regulatory Policy Committee, Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Committees and Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade capacity building initiatives. Nathan has extensive experience in the international arena and relationships with senior U.S. and foreign officials working to reduce barriers to trade and investment. He is also a skilled multi-party negotiator, certified court mediator and fluent in Spanish.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Lewis & Clark College and a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
